We are resumefast, a company registered in Tajikistan at Ayni 50/51a, Dushanbe, Firdavsi district 734013. We operate the website https://resumefast.site and related services ("Services").

We provide an AI-powered platform that helps users create, edit, and optimize professional resumes and curriculum vitae.

Cancellation

Binding Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber. The seat of arbitration shall be Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The language of proceedings shall be English or Tajik.

19. CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time without prior notice.

20. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

21. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

26. MISCELLANEOUS
